Pietro Fontana with pitman Amodio flew in the sixties and early seventies. They were one of the quite successful teams never to win a championship. Pietro later switched to F2A to earn the European Champion title 1971.

Their developments include an oil cooled cylinder to get rid of the cooling tract, and airbrakes for fast landings.
